Traci was part of the original team when the practice was formed in 1991, and has headed up the administrative section since then, becoming a director in 2005.

Her role of Practice Manager encompasses all aspects of the organisation including fee management, payroll, personnel management and coordination of our Investors in People and Various ISO accreditations. Traci is a keen advocate of equality in the workplace and fairness in employment and actively promotes our policies both within and outside of the Practice.
