This Scheme involved the redevelopment of the former depot site in Garston so as to create a mews style scheme on the tight suburban back land site.

Overcoming contamination from the sites former use as a corporation yard and addressing multiple interface issues with surrounding buildings. The completed scheme has delivered a contemporary pair of buildings which employ a mixture of traditional masonry and more industrial Metal roofing to respect the sites previous working heritage.

Ground floor apartments have access from the exterior to maintain activity around the perimeter and encourage a traditional residential feel to this Mews inspired scheme, whilst the upper floors are accessed from shared communal stairs.

Banded Brick and Masonry detailing have been employed to break up the building masses.
