Following the recession the office accommodation at Seymour Terrace on Seymour Street was priced out of the market by the attractive rent reductions being offered in the new offices which had been recently completed in other parts of the city.
We were approached by a building owner on Seymour Terrace to investigate altering their property to accommodate small scale, attractive, student apartments. Having gained Planning Permission for this significant Change of Use we were approached by 2 other building owners to provide a similar service on 3 further buildings.
The properties are all Grade 2 listed. As such the response had to be sympathetic and but also provide an appealing property in this busy area of the city.
