OPERATIONS ON SITE: administer the building contract, including site visits and progress reporting.
COMPLETION: provide ‘As Built’ drawings and advice on using the building, including the future maintenance of the services and finishes
FEE SCALES: Architects fees are generally based on a percentage of the estimated construction cost of a project. For smaller residential projects this is on a sliding scale based on a table of percentages.
We may give discounts against the resulting fee depending upon the complexity of a project, but for simplicity we list below the fee scales for simple domestic properties and extensions.
