The scheme at Trinity Road has been completed by Fawley Construction for Riverside HA.
The site at Trinity Road is adjacent to the conservation area and lies within the HMRI Development area. The site previously had the Trinity Road Centre located on it. This had been cleared and the area had been used as a car park.
The site has a five storey office building to the rear and on the adjacent site are large scale Victorian Villas which have the greatest effect on the design of the new dwellings.
The scheme comprises of 20No. 2B4P flats and 10No. 3B5P houses.
