JOHN MORRIS HOUSE, WARRINGTON
The new proposals on the John Morris House site in central Warrington are part of an extended PFI agreement between Arena Housing Association and Warrington Borough Council.
The size and form of the new building has been designed to follow and maintain the existing street massing, rising from two to four storeys in height. The new proposed building presents a more interactive and articulated façade than the original and utilises a palette of material including finished Block, Terracotta, zinc and glass.
