The scheme addresses the objectives of the HMRI by removing
obsolete bedsits from the existing Millachip Court project and converting this building into 1 and 2 bedroom flats. This will give tenants upgraded facilities and accommodation. In this way the development will also be implementing a renewal programme to existing stock.
